NASCOD Members are invited to join Peer Support calls in order to benefit from the valuable experience of other members as well as receive support for the work we engage in.

Our August Peer Support Call is:

Texting and Crisis Center’s: Nuts, Bolts and Other Implementation Tools
Many members are expressing interest in getting into crisis texting and it would be good for us to all share our experiences. We will be hearing three agencies talk about their experiences. This will be more of a nuts and bolts webinar with plans to cover topics such as:

How did you pick a vendor?
How do you like your vendor?
Staff training
Implementations challenges
Things you like, don’t like, etc
